Preston Abadie is an ITSM Architect at Quicken Loans, a mortgage lender based in Detroit, MI.  He is an experienced technologist, teacher, speaker, and practitioner of ITIL and ITSM.  Abadie has been passionate about people, processes, and technology, and how all three can be used to influence business outcomes.  He has spoken at multiple technology and leadership conferences in the U.S., and has worked in multiple industries including automotive, financial, manufacturing, technology, health and medical, and telecommunications.  In his spare time, he enjoys mastering his craft at BBQ, and in the service of others.  Abadie has been a member of Kiwanis for 12 years.
